Technical Proposal Co-Development and Execution (Payment at Award)

When our experts have technical expertise that can contribute to the execution of your project and may be deferred if our expert is incorporated as part of the project budget. This payment will be deferred to the time of a successful award, in addition to direct project costs.  Upon agreement of both parties to a scope of work, both parties will have access to all Headframes Resources.
