Our Faculty First professional development series is designed for faculty that lack formal training in teaching, proposal writing, and/or entrepreneurship.  Our incubators provide a fixed price service with a specific project deliverable. Our coaches provide personalized consultation at an hourly rate. Our webinars are synchronous, low cost, and outcomes based.

Designed for inventors--both faculty and small business owners--our webinar guides you through each step in the technology translation process, from invention to product. Exercises and tools lead to a development strategy.  Topics include benchmarks, viability, market analysis, patenting, and readiness.  Check out Upcoming Events .

 Customized Workshops

We will work with organization to customize workshops for on-site group visits and training. Topics focus on research strategies and innovation, including proposal writing basics, differentiation, and AI-enabled tools. The workshop culminates in development and evaluation of a proposal outline and summary, with interactive peer review.

Kumar is a registered professional engineer in Montana and a Board-Certified Environmental Engineer. He is the founder and CEO of Energy and Environmental Research and Technology (E2RTECH) and CEO and founder of Institute for Science, Engineering and Arts (ISEA). His 50+ years of experience includes air quality engineering, pollution prevention, sustainability, energy and industrial ecology. His experience spans academia, an international government agency, private consulting, and the US EPA.

Angela founded Headframes to integrate her passions in research strategy, team building, mentoring, technical innovation, and entrepreneurship. As an academic, she led projects in new material development for gas storage, surface science, catalysis, hydrogen, and energy. As a federal program manager, she developed a passion for mentoring and an understanding of what differentiates a winning scientific proposal.

A screening evaluation of new processes and upgrades, including technical feasibility and readiness, estimated return on investment, supply chain readiness, criticality, confidence, sensitivity to likely sociopolitical variabilities, and environmental impact. Pricing will vary based on your requirements and timeline; fixed price packages are available.  Prices start at $2500 for a preliminary assessment or position statement.
